Have fun in this gentle exercise class whilst improving your posture, strengthening your core and toning your muscles, using simple movements based on Classical Ballet and Pilates.  No prior Ballet or Pilates experience is needed.

Ballet Core classes are suitable for adults of all fitness levels including beginners.  Classes are low impact, ideal for anyone wanting to get back into exercise.
