PRIVACY POLICY

Ballet Core recognises the participant's right to privacy.  The information we collect from you is protected and will only be used for compliance and legal requirements.  The confidentiality of your personal information in our records is protected under the NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 2014.  Ballet Core will not use any information or photographs in advertising or promotional materials without written consent.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER

Each Ballet Core participant will be required to complete a Personal Information and Liability Waiver Form.  The instructor must be notified of any injuries, including past injuries, or medical conditions prior to commencing the class.
